The full price for the ordered products, along with any associated delivery fees, must be paid at the time of pre-order. For deliveries outside the EU, pre-ordered products may incur import duties, taxes, and fees.

Pre-ordered products will be dispatched as soon as possible, subject to their availability. It is important to be aware that shipment and availability dates may change, and we do not accept responsibility for such alterations.

Both parties have the right to cancel a pre-order at any time, without the need for a specific reason, provided the cancellation occurs before the receipt of a shipping notification. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund. Should you choose to cancel the purchase after the shipping notification, the right of withdrawal conditions will be in accordance with our Terms of Service.


The prices displayed on our website are presented in various currencies, including Swedish kronor (SEK), Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), British Pounds (GBP), Norwegian krone (NOK), Danish Kroner (DKK), Bosnia-Herzegovina Convertible Mark (BAM KM), Icelandic Kronur (ISK kr), Israeli New Shekel (ILS), Swiss Franc (CHF), Macedonian Denars (MKD), and Serbian Dinar (RSD), depending on your location.

It is important to note that HUBSO has no control over the specific charges, and since they vary from one country to another, we cannot predict the exact amounts. For our Norwegian customers; We use the VOEC scheme (VAT On E-Commerce) which enables you to pay your Norwegian value-added tax (VAT) directly at the checkout.

Please keep in mind that the delivery costs are not incorporated into the product prices. You will see the delivery costs displayed when you choose your shipping method during the checkout process.

If you have placed an order and the price changes before we officially accept your order (confirmed by sending you a shipping confirmation), we will notify you via email regarding the price adjustment. You will then have the option to proceed with a new order at the updated price or cancel the original order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be canceled. It is important to note that we reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of it. If we have already received payment for a canceled order, we will promptly refund the amount to you.

Please be aware that we retains the right to cancel an order, even after acceptance, if it becomes evident that there was an error in the price information, and you either recognized or should have recognized this error.

Delivery And Cancellation

We offer worldwide shipping for our products, and the estimated delivery time frame varies depending on your choice of country and shipping method. Our available shipping options include DHL Express, DHL Freight, Budbee, and UPS Standard.

It is important to be aware that the estimated delivery time provided does not account for potential delays that may arise due to payment authorization or product availability.

Should we be unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you may have the option to cancel your purchase. Keep in mind that a cancellation is only considered valid once you have received confirmation from sannealexandra.com. If the item has already been processed, you are obligated to accept the order. However, this does not diminish your right to cancel the order.

In the event that a product is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund. We will promptly inform you of the refund process or the availability of a similar product. Please note that our liability for delivery-related errors is limited to the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

If your order is delivered to a designated pick-up point, and you fail to collect the package within the specified timeframe, we retain the right to apply a fee to cover any additional costs incurred. If your product sustains damage during transit, it is crucial to report the issue to customer support as soon as possible.

If the customer chooses doorstep delivery of their package, Sanne Alexandra Stockholm AB hereby absolves itself of any liability for any damage, loss, or disappearance of the package post-delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe handling of the package after delivery and to promptly report any damage or loss to the courier. We will not be able to provide replacements or refunds for any packages that are damaged or lost after they have been delivered to the doorstep.

Right Of Withdrawal

You have the option to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, entitling you to a full refund upon returning the product. This withdrawal and refund privilege hinges on the product and packaging being in the same condition as when you received them, complete with original containers, labels, and protective stickers intact. You are allowed to carefully inspect the product; however, if the product is not returned in an expected condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund equivalent to the decline in the product's value.

Please note that your withdrawal right does not apply to products tailored to your specific requirements or personalized with features like customized variations or prints, such as monograms. Additionally, it does not apply to products that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene concerns.

To initiate the withdrawal process with Sanne Alexandra Stockholm AB, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the order. You can communicate this through various means, but we recommend reaching out to customer support hello@sannealexandra.com or by using the standard form available on Konsumentverket's website. If you use the standard form, kindly send it to our address at Stora Nygatan 41, 111 27 Stockholm, Sweden.

We will expedite your refund as promptly as possible, no later than 20 days after we have received the product and recorded the return, or you have provided evidence of the product's return. The refund will be issued to the original payment source unless alternative arrangements are made or deemed necessary. Please be aware that products purchased directly from our website cannot be exchanged at a local store. Furthermore, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Defective Goods & Incorrect Items

As a consumer, you have the right to return faulty goods within a three-year window from the date of purchase.
