The return fee in Sweden is 99 SEK.
At Sannealexandra all returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that the initial shipping fee and any import fee related to your order will not be refunded upon return.
All items must be returned in their original condition, placed in the original polybag, with all hangtags attached.
The exchange fee in Sweden is 50 SEK.
If you wish to make an exchange outside of Sweden to a different size or colour, please place a new order on our website and register your return here. A refund for your return will be issued within 15-20 business days of receiving it at our warehouse.
CLAIMS
If you have received a faulty item or if you have received the wrong size, color or product, return/exchange will be free of charge.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
If an order is abandoned and not imported according to shipping terms when ordering outside of EU, an additional fee of 50 USD/40 GBP will be charged at return.
If an order is abandoned when ordering in Sweden or EU an additional fee of 130 SEK/15 EUR/170 NOK/110 DKK will be charged at return.
